Today, we are happy to announce the release of Analyze 21.3. With this release, we aim to reduce the burden of repetitive and time-consuming tasks with smart features that allow you to focus your brainpower on the investigation.
As always, you will also find a range of updates and usability improvements across the platform which we hope will make a difference in your day-to-day work. Take a look at some of the release highlights.

User permissions for GID
A new security module has been developed for GIDs connected to DI Pro, which handles authorization and makes it easier to protect the GID and the different sources within.
By adding user permissions, data can be protected from unintentional corruptions. Not only does this make it safer for organizations to share GIDs, but it also improves workflows and can save time.
Improved GID live match panel
The GID live match panel has been improved to make relevant information easier to discover and overview. The live match panel will show current matches in the GID, including what information each source has when one or more files are selected.
This becomes a powerful tool for identifying relationships to other investigations. This feature is now also available in DI Pro.
Distinguishing accessible and inaccessible files

Interactive file list report
The file list report, which allows users to list all files of interest, has been significantly improved. It is now possible to filter, organize columns, and search for files—making the report more interactive and easier to use. Several reports can be generated at the same time for different types of users (e.g., reports with or without images). It is also possible to download a PDF of the report and compress the files into a folder to save space.
The file list report is updated throughout the entire product suite and was developed in close collaboration with a user group.
Other improvements across the platform:
- Added 3×3 layout options for video collages
- Possible to search for columns in the grid view
- VICS exports can now be zipped
- Added ability to export clips from videos
