HIS Victim Identification Program received GCN Award
A big congratulations to Jim Cole, national program manager for victim identification at the Department of Homeland Security, who received a GCN award for Project VIC. Project VIC gives investigators the ability to use open standards-based tools to help analyze child exploitation cases quickly and efficiently. With technology, such as Griffeye’s Analyze, Project VIC has helped law enforcement agencies “connect the dots between images and assist in building visual maps” to identify and rescue more than 1,030 child exploitation victims in 30 countries.
